Mid America Pipe has both machine and hand processes for lining pipe. We have a belt machine for spinning cement lining straight pipe. We have spun pipe as small as 3″ and as large as 110 3/4″. Mid America Pipe also has a set of rolls that we use to spin pipe for polyurethane, blast and epoxy lining.

Mid America Pipe has both machine and hand processes for coating and blasting pipe. For cement we have a brush coating machine. This coating machine holds the straight pipe in the air and turns it and moves along side of the brush coater as it wires and cements at the same time. Tape wrap, polyurethane and epoxies can all be automatically done on the same machine with minor changes in the set up for straight pipe.
